A Lot of Adventist Preaching
Have you ever wished you had a list of all the Adventist sites that feature audio and/or video sermons? Well, Rod Wright has a number of links of interest to Adventists at this link. The site is entitled , "Great Contemporary Adventist Preaching."
Adventists and Internet Evangelism
Global Internet Evangelism Conference. If you are interested in Seventh-day Adventist uses of the web then I would encourage you to look at this conference. There are handouts as well as presentations from the conference on the site.
New Website on the Horizon
It is only a couple of months old but it is showing itself to be a major player in the rapidly growing Adventist Blogosphere. The Progressive Adventist Blog has interesting interviews with people from a multitude of perspectives in Adventism. I think that this is the best of the Adventist blogosphere to go to those we agree with and disagree with and have civil conversation that at least has the possiblity of enlightening both sides.

Free Theological Courses on the Web
There are two interesting sites for religious training for people who do not require a degree. The first of these is BiblicalTraining.org. This is a site that has full audio lectures to many courses. There are Bible courses like Hermeneutics, Old Testament Suvey, New Testament, church History, Pastoral Theology, Bible Greek etc. It appears to be a conservative Calvanistic site and thus those who are not of that viewpoint might not appreaciate everything, but there are a lot of lectures on the site.
Updated My Picture
You might notice that I have updated the picture on this site. My other picture was from 1995. As you can see it was about 11 years and 25 lbs ago. A lot has happened in those years. I am now married and have a son. I am also now a computer professional, Divinity student, and blogger.
Next time I update the picture I plan on being maybe 2-3 years older and about 10lbs lighter...

Subscribe to the AdventistPulpit Newsletter
Some are not aware that we have a newsletter for the AdventistPulpit.Com website. This newsletter has some information that is not on the main blog and is considered to be supplemental.
I have begun work on a email mini course entitled Interpreting the Scripture for Preaching. It is experimental now, but I will work out the kinks in the newsletter. This is an 8 lesson email course that seeks to inform the student how to do an indepth study of the scripture which can be used as the first step to creation of a sermon.
Just a Few Links
Here is the Bible research arm of the world church. The Biblical research Institute site which has a good amount of free downloadable documents.
You also might be interested in Dwight K. Nelson's Pioneer Memorial Church where you can download MP3s or look at video's of his sermons.
Richard O'fill, revivalist from Florida Conference, has a site as well. He has a good amount of sermons in textual format available as well as a forum.
Adventist Pastor, Social Justice Activist, and Blogger
Not too long ago I found the very interesting website of Pastor Ryan Bell who is the Pastor of the Hollywood Seventh-day Adventist church. I strongly recommend that you go visit his blog intersections.
Oakwood College Church On-Line
It had been a while since I had visited the Oakwood College Church website. The other day I decided to attempt to visit it again and saw that it has been completely redone. Aesthetically it looks much better, but it also has some pretty interesting content incluing the sermons of the preachers at Oakwood College church. Currently the sermon archives is mostly a list of John Nixon's sermons.
Adventist Blogs I Read
David Hamstra has a very helpful post with tons of Adventist Blogs. I probably frequent many of these blogs looking for information to put on Adventist Pulpit as well as for places to comment. While I look at many blogs periodically, I probably look at 5-10 daily. Here are 5 of the Blogs that most inform my work.
