Dear Pastor, First of all I don't know this Dr. Phillip Mills. However, I enjoyed the article very much and considering offering it to our congregation. I come from a background of professional marketing. My former occupation was marketing manager for a fortune 500 company and many of the thoughts that were given are given in Marketing 101 as far as building people in an organization. So.......the comments are very worthwhile and noteworthy.
